Tagbilaran Accomodation

If you have booked a tour with Barkada and haven't figured out yet where to stay in Bohol, here are some recommendations:

Barkada Tours do not arrange accommodation reservations (for now). Please contact the hotel/resort directly for bookings. We are not paid to advertise these places and we will update our list from time to time when we discover new places worth recommending.

*Most of the resorts require an advanced full payment to confirm bookings.
*Resort prices may change without notice, please confirm the rates prior booking.
**Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included free of charge on the same day of the tours.

Most people prefer to stay at the beach rather than in Bohol’s main city, Tagbilaran, but if you want to be closer to the amenities of the city (shopping, ferries and airport, etc) then there are plenty of places to stay. Here are a few that we consider worth mentioning.

Dao Diamond
(about 4km from the heart of the city)
A little out further from the main centre but within walking distance to the bus terminal and Bohol's biggest mall. Dao Diamond is unique as it is one of the commercial enterprises run by the non profit organisation, International Deaf Education Association (IDEA). Many of the staff are deaf and the hotel is an innovative and interesting way of giving equality to deaf people of Bohol. There is a restaurant, pool and free shuttle to the ferry pier/airport.
Doubles from Php1200 (incl. breakfast)

Nisa Travellers Inn
(in the heart of the city)
Cheap cheap shelter. This is a budget place on the main street of Tagbilaran. Rooms have shared bathroom unless you upgrade.
Twin rooms with fan/aircon from Php450/550

Chriscentville Hotel (in the heart of the city)
As above but a little nicer. Rooms have private bathroom, aircon and hot water. Includes free transfer from the Ferry Pier or Airport.
Double rooms from Php950, Suites from Php1,350
